Refund policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Paddle to the payment method you used.

First 14 days

If a paid plan isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This also covers the right of withdrawal of EU consumers.

Renewals

Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time before the next one: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing else is charged. If a renewal went through by mistake (for example you meant to cancel), write to us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

Plan changes

Upgrading charges only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period, with no charge and no refund for the current one.

If something goes wrong on our side

If the service is unavailable for a long time, or we remove a paid feature you rely on, we'll refund the unused part of your period.

How to ask

Write to bernatrelats@gmail.com from your account's email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
