Teams, plans & notifications

Who can see and change what, what each plan includes, and what the dashboard tells you about.

Teams

Each plugin has one owner: whoever created it. On Pro, the owner can invite people from Settings → Team with Create invite link. Each link works once: whoever opens it while signed in joins the plugin as a member. Teams on Pro have up to 10 people, owner included.

Plans and limits

A plugin uses its owner's plan, whoever is looking at it. Plugins count against their owner only.

  • Free keeps more history than it shows, so upgrading unlocks your past right away.
  • After a downgrade, existing members, funnels and plugins stay; you can't add more until you're under the Free limits. History beyond 90 days is hidden, and daily data older than 400 days is deleted.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in Billing. Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for.

Languages

The dashboard is available in English, Español, Português, Deutsch and Français. It starts in your browser's language when it's one of these, and you can change it from the language menu in the top bar or in Profile; it's saved with your account. Your plugins' data (event names, messages) isn't translated.

Notifications

The bell in the top bar collects what's worth a look across every plugin you're on, from the last 14 days:

NotificationWhen
New errorAn error issue was seen for the first time (ignored issues don't notify).
Error is backAn issue you resolved happened again.
New feedbackUnread feedback arrived, with its average rating.
New bug report / new ideaA player or admin sent a report or a suggestion with /<plugin> report or suggest. Reports & ideas
Slow releaseYour newest version uses at least 25% more time per tick than the version before it, with at least 6 hours of reports from each.
Team changeSomeone joined one of your plugins.

Each one links to the page where you can act on it. Notifications live in the dashboard; no emails are sent.

Deleting data

  • Settings → Danger zone deletes a plugin and all of its data for good: servers, events, funnels, errors, logs and feedback. Servers that still run it are ignored from then on.
  • Profile → Delete account deletes your account and every plugin you own, and takes you out of the ones you were invited to. On Pro, cancel the subscription in Billing first.
